Shipping policy
At SAWT, every item is made to order specifically for you. Once an order is placed, it enters production before being shipped to your chosen address.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and produced after purchase. Production times typically range from 1–6 business days, depending on the product, order volume, and seasonal demand.
Once your order has been produced, it will be dispatched and a tracking number will be provided where available.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times begin once production is complete.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, local postal services, and peak periods.
Typical delivery estimates are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 7–15 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 10–25 business days

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Tracking updates may occasionally take several days to appear, particularly while parcels are in transit between sorting facilities or awaiting customs clearance.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Delayed Shipments
While we work hard to ensure orders arrive on time, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to:
- Customs inspections
- Carrier delays
- Severe weather conditions
- Peak seasonal demand
- Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
SAWT cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your order appears to be lost, please contact us at hello@sawtcollective.com and we will investigate the matter with the shipping carrier.
Any replacement or refund requests relating to lost shipments will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. SAWT cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
